STRIDE Clinical Services has experienced providers in Family Practice, Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Midwifery, Obstetrics, Gynecology, Pediatrics, and Specialized Primary Care (HIV Care and Treatment, Homeless Services, Physical and Intellectual Disabilities, Seizure Disorders, Refugee Health, people desiring assistance with opioid addiction, and Gender affirming and LGBTQ+ care.). All STRIDE locations provide general primary care, physical examinations, well child visits, immunizations, chronic disease management, family planning, limited pharmacy and laboratory support, and referral to outside services.
Family practice services are provided to our patients to address common complaints and chronic health conditions. Our trained providers can work with you to develop a plan for managing your hypertension, diabetes, or other ongoing medical issues. In addition, we can perform your annual wellness exam and discuss recommended immunizations and preventative care screening tests. We work closely with our Health Educators and Patient Navigation teams to help you gain the resources and tools to improve your overall health.
乐动体育官方网站Our providers can assist you throughout your reproductive life. We specialize in screening for and treating sexually transmitted infections, contraception and family planning, pregnancy and postpartum care, and common gynecologic issues. We provide recommended screenings including cervical cancer screening, breast cancer clinical screening and referrals for mammograms. We work in collaboration with area hospitals to allow you the choice of where to birth your baby, and for consultation in higher risk pregnancies. We partner with our pediatric team to allow a smooth transition for the care of your newborn and children.
In September of 2019, STRIDE also launched the Colorado Adolescent Maternity Program (CAMP). Click here to learn more about this program.
Our pediatric team can see your child from birth until age 19. We help you understand recommended immunization schedules and normal newborn and childhood development through their well child visits. We can also see your child for common complaints such as acute illnesses, small injuries, asthma, ADHD, weight management, behavioral/emotional issues, and follow-up care after being in the hospital.
